During restoration work in the church St Corona an extensive complex of early modern votive offerings was found in 2003, was investigated and displayed in an exhibition in 2007. This exhibition catalogue contains four greetings [Trapp, Gigler, Retz, Voglmaier] and 14 academic articles dealing with the find complex of St Corona [Kreiner], the character of pilgrimages by the example of St Corona [Markmiller-Pleyer], the two unequal saints Corona and Elizabeth [Hartinger], pilgrimage as seen from an archival and folkloristic viewpoint [Schefthaler], head votives made of clay [Endres, Grasmann], legs, arms, hands, shoes, and animals of clay [Kreiner], reasons for the offering of spoons [Pötzl], the spoon votives and other wooden objects [Klausnitz], the votive deposit [Ritz / Gockerell], multiple art forms and customs of votive offering [Berchtold-Rettenbeck], copper engravings in the find material from Altenkirchen [Hartinger], a search for evidence for the pilgrimage to St Corona [Brunner], the construction of the pilgrimage church [Brunner / Brunner] as well as the altars of the pilgrimage church of St Corona [Brunner].
